White Rose of Seanhenge.

. . .

White Rose of Athens

Colourful remains

The hearts are gone, . . .
. . . the leaves remain.

Invasion of Slugs

This year, for a change, slugs are invading Seanhenge.
Strawberry time over, now they do prefer
the leaves of young dahlias.

Now there are quite a few (cruel) methods
to get rid of slugs.
However, each evening Mrs. J. and I are collecting
as many as we can find
(and seldom we do find less than 50),and then . . .

. . . I do give them a lift of two or three kilometre.Sentimental? Stupid even? Not sure.
All I know is that I don't like to kill them.

Bee Dorado

Biotope

Some would call this chaos.
