Ha! Only two more months to go, before I'll walz to Vienna and between the "Marille-" blossoms in the Wachau. I'm already so looking forward to it... ^^
So I may enjoy looking forward to see "Marille-"blossoms on Lady Linda's blog in March/April? And perhaps this and that "Made in Vienna"? Even a sketch of Melk Abbey ("The Name of the Rose")? Lovely. Enjoy your waltz, Linda!
Thanks, dear Sean, I surely will. I still have some drawings to go from the Czech series though, and I revisited Brittany last december, where I also have made a new series of sketches, not to forget my stay in "The beautiful Harz" in november. So I guess it will be later on this year, I'll post my drawings of the Wachau. Yet Melk Abbey I can offer you already now : https://tussendelijntjes.blogspot.com/2021/05/parels-in-de-wachau-6.html It was a pleasant stay there, that year (2020) We nearly had the abbey for ourselves, due ( or should I say "thanks"?) to corona... PS: I just saw we were in Melk on your birthday that year
Phew, you were in the Harz Mountains?! Had I known we could have met. Well, perhaps next time As for Melk Abbey: The old man had forgotten. ;-) Yes, that's a lovely sketch, indeed. So all the best for the months to come, dear Linda. And, please, take good care of yourself.
Ohhh, Leonard Cohen!!.
ReplyDeleteBallem?... sí, ballem!!
Aferradetes i petonets.
Yep. Following yesterday's Nectarious Night, this will become our second dance this weekend. Quite a challenge for an old man. ;-)
DeleteAferradetes, Paula.
A waltz can be so lovely. I wish I'd had ballroom dancing lessons.
ReplyDeleteMimi, I suppose I am a lousy dancer. Still I think one does not necessarily need "Ballroom dancing lessons" to enjoy dancing.
