The Weg probably is the Ziel, but unfortunately I have no idea what either is... though I am guessing maybe the journey or the path is the reason. I could try Google Translate but based on past experience it would probably say it means The Wok is the Zebra, or something like that.
Literary it means: The path is the aim / goal. Insofar, "The Wok is the Zebra, or something like that" is a fine path on the way of trying to translate "Der Weg ist das Ziel".
It should always be about enjoying the journey as arrivals are never guaranteed.
