On the Road

Winter idyll.
However, heavy snowfall and storms are forecast.
Therefore, today so much was bought
that Seanhenge could easily be snowed in for a while. ;-)

  1. Is Seanhenge in a village or isolated?

    1. Until 20 years ago, Seanhenge bordered a horse paddock on the edge of the village. Now it's located within the village. ;-)

  2. Són molt boniques les teves fotos!
Amb la nevera i el rebost ben plens, les coses es veuen amb optimisme.

    Abraçades, Sean!

    1. I think we could be snowed in for a few weeks without going hungry. As things stand, though, we're probably on the outer edges of the storm anyway, so we'll get off lightly.
      Abraçades, Carme!

  3. Aquests cel tan lluent presagia molt de fred a les nits. Està bé abastir-se per si de cas. Si tens menjar i aigua, ja pot caure com vulgui. ;-)
    Abrigau-vos bé!
    Aferradetes, Sean.

    1. No frost so far, no snow, no storm. We seem to be lucky.

  6. Hi Sean - I've only done the basics but really do need to get to town today. We haven't had snow thankfully ... but I know you've had your fair share. Glad you'll be safe at home - cheers and enjoy the weekend - Hilary

    1. We had our "fair share", indeed. ;-) I won't complain, though. My eyes do enjoy what they see.

  7. Unes fotografies precioses, aquests cels transmeten tranquil·litat.
Espero que la neu no us deixi tancats a casa durant dies, encara que tingueu menjar és empipador.

The peace of the night, Sean.

    1. I not only have enough to eat and drink, Núria, but the heating also works, and I have plenty of books around me. ;-) Therefore, I can enjoy what my eyes see when I look out the window.
The peace of the night, my dear.
