Gwyn Thomas' play "The Keep" has been described as "probably the greatest play to come out of Wales since Under Milk Wood" and was rightly hailed as a triumphant success when it premiered in London's Royal Court Theatre in 1961.
It's a fine play, Andrew. Enjoyed in company of a wee drop of Malt, a very fine play even. :) So far I like(d) all I watched by Gwyn Thomas. Unfortunately, the very book I'd like to read seems to be availabe (on demand). Several times I tried to order "Dafydd ap Gwilym: His Poems", translated by Gwyn Thomas and published by University of Wales Press (2001), but alas! . . .
Interesting. Watched part but need to make time for all
