  1. Vanity is prompting me to thank you for the fantastic limericks you left on my Hen Haiku blog post! They are so excellent that I think I am going to have to put them in a special blog post. :)

Thanks for bringing a smile to my face. I had a hard day and I needed it!

  3. Ha, Knatolee,
    welcome to Omnium.
Lovely in a cold winter night to learn that I could conjure a smile on your lips, and thanks for letting me know.

Honour to whom honour is due, though. Checking this post you will find that regarding the 'final six' I can claim copyright but for the hens. :)

And tomorrow I shall try to think of both a real haiku and a real Limerick.

    Claudia,
you do, 'of course' know that with this very post I was rather mocking myself than my esteemed readers, hm? :)

Indeed, Knatolee's 'hen haikus' are priceless. And that is why right now I'll head over to set a link for all lovers of hen-poetry who are lucky to read this comment section. :)

    [Two minutes later]
    Here you go.
    Enjoy!

  6. Claudia,
Why would I hear one of my teacher's voice? 'Sean, understatement is at least as bad as exaggeration.' :)

    Jams,
    ah praised be taciturnity.
    Binn béal 'na chomhnuidhe.
[The mouth that speaks not is sweet to hear.] :)

Re 'collaborative bloge': Are you thinking of (freestyle?) poetry that contains cats, hens, cheese and other essentials of life?

  7. C'est bien vrai! Mais que peut-on y faire?
