Wir können unser Leben als nutzlos störende Episode in der seligen Ruhe des Nichts betrachten.
Arthur Schopenhauer (22 Februar 1788 – 21 September 1860)
Yes, it helps sometimes to look forward to going back home to the peaceful nothingness of before, when all was well with me while the world went through hell... WWII, WWI, The Plague, etc... etc.... It all bothered me not one bit. Cheers. You cheered me up!

DeleteI scheduled this quote when a few weeks ago we had it with "nothingness" (Just can't find the very post, right now). Cheers!
