What delightful garden scenes and thank you for the sparrows, too. So seldom seen these days but a stalwart from childhood and once the commonest bird to be found.
Sitting with a cup of coffee, writing, or reading a fine book or just enjoying the idyll, is delightful, indeed. And sparrows seem to enjoy in bushes, hedges, trees around Seanhenge. However, this year, for example, I have seen neither goldfinch nor greenfinch, no bullfinch, no jay, no robin. To my great delight, however, swallows so far always return to their nests under our roof.
Yes, but I am a bit worried. Haven't seen my feathered friend for several days. There are young cats in the neighbourhood again, and they are proving to be successful hunters; unfortunately not "only" of mice.
Trust like that is such a privilege.
ReplyDeleteI take it as such. A good feeling.
DeleteTu els hi dónes menjar i ells confien en tu.
ReplyDeleteRelació equilibrada?.😉
Aferradetes, Sean.
One might think so, but from experience I don't take it for granted.
DeleteThe peace of the night, Paula.
Smart bird.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely.
DeleteI always love it when a bird decides to become a friend :-)
ReplyDeleteIt appears to be a kind of privilege, yes.
