Asking the mirror, Yoda replied

The other morning I asked:
"Mirror, mirror on the wall, who in the land is fairest of all?"

Spake Yoda:
"When nine hundred years old you reach, look as good you will not."

  1. Don't you ever wish that Yoda could learn a little flattery!

  3. But you could look better than the other 900 year olds!

  4. Jams,
I think it was pretty flattering. After all, he said I am looking good these days.

    CherryPie,
not green, but my hair-not-done looked slightly adventurous.

    Stan,
    Ha ha.

  6. Sorry...Re-writing comment because of a spelling mistake.

She never looked in a mirror until now
    and she laughs
for having believed once that wrinkles
    bring forth wisdom and peace
    If it's true (she asks)
can you explain her futile tears, and why
she keeps mirrors in her house.

Do I need say I mean it?
Now I'd like to read the whole poem.
